[st uriel's] Meditation Practice Group - request for interest

A few people recently have voiced a desire to meet regularly for  
meditation in addition to the regular Sunday liturgy at St Uriel's.

We often do some brief, simple meditation as part of the Logos  
Liturgy, but liturgy is by its nature active and often verbal so the  
two activities are always in tension.

I would welcome an opportunity to share basic tranquility and insight  
meditation with a group. We'll keep it simple and focus on doing it  
rather than talking about it.

If you're interested in practising meditation with others and perhaps  
learning some new mystic practices from the Christian and Gnostic  
tradition or sharing favourite practices of your own, please email me  
and I'll start to coordinate a way to gather that suits people.
